1. An oral presentation overview of principals, governing findings, effective conditions of approval, and land use decisions.
2. Appoint one Planning Commissioner to the Library Advisory Committee (LAC). The LAC was created by City Council, 1/11/16, pages 3-4 (above).

The only way a committee this large will work is :
1. to have a strong and focuses Chair to keep things moving
2. Break it up into smaller sub-committees that report back to the main committee about specific tasks.
