Related - Pacifica Tribune/Jane Northrop, Staff writer, 12/31/15, "Shoreline apartments buildings to be razed." ".... "When severe winter storms undermined the bluff along Esplanade Avenue in 2010, two apartment buildings became uninhabitable. Those
buildings never regained habitability from the original red-tagging by
city building officials shortly after the February storm. The owner of
one of them, 330 Esplanade Ave., recently applied for, and was awarded, a
demolition permit from the Pacifica Planning Commission. The
owner of the other building, however, has not applied for a similar
permit, but the building remains in the same dangerous condition. The
city filed a criminal code enforcement complaint in San Mateo County
Superior Court against the building owner."

So the city aka the tax payers are paying to demolish the building at 320 Esplanade. The owner is bankrupt. So why isn't the city making him sell other properties to pay to demolish it his self?
If the City were smart, they would:
1) acquire property on the non-bluff side of the street
2) THEN acquire the property on the bluff side of the street
3) demolish the precariously hanging properties on the bluff side and thereby opening up views to the non-bluff side properties
4) Sell/Lease non-bluff side properties with gorgeous ocean views for a decent profit
But hey, we are Pacifica....
If anyone thinks we will ever get back the $400,000 in demolition cost you are dreaming. The best we can hope for is to be the #1 unsecured claim behind all the secured claims.

He owns other properties. He owns the old movie theatre in SSF.
He owns the house on Terra Nova Blvd that sits by it's self by Terra Nova High School./
He owned the Brentwood Bowling alley but lost it in foreclosure.
He owes far more then he owns. The bankruptcy is not just for this one property but for all of his assets
He also claims to be a high ranking Chinese Mobster?
So can you really believe him?
I wonder if he hung around with "Shrimp Boy" and Leeland Yee?
