Pollock Realty Corp. expects to gain city approval this fall for its proposed four-story boutique hotel
on the site of a former Shell gas station at 1400 El Camino Real in downtown Menlo Park.

The approximately $30 million hotel project is planned to include about 60 rooms and 75 underground parking spaces, said Jeff Pollock, vice president of marketing and real estate for the Portola Valley-based developer.
