Awwww. $131,743 for 5 new trucks? That's like nearly double the amount of annual property tax Harmony will produce for the city if it's ever fully built and sold. Keep it under $75K and, yeah, a finished Harmony project can buy the city a truck or two each year. Awwww. Merry Christmas!

Mary Ann never ceases to amaze. All fees up with her.
Fees and cost of city services always increase. The problem is city-revenue has not. For that, these Nihart-dominated councils are responsible. She knew/knows what needs to be done, but has played it safe politically.
