2. Pick up your barrel during the specified distribution week.

Won't the standing water cause a mosquito problem in the summertime?
What do you use the rainbarrel for? If you're the type to get a rainbarrel, you've already got drought-resistant plants in your yard that don't need watering. How are you going to use 100 gallons of water in a barrel over the dry season?
