San Francisco Presidio Memorial Day Commemoration. This year's ceremony will pay tribute to Vietnam Veterans with a parade of the 191st Army Band, veterans organizations and distinguished guests. USS Pampanito in San Francisco. "Lost Boat" ceremony, honoring comrades and submarines lost at sea will feature a 52-bell toll for each military vessel with its crew lost. 10 a.m. May 26.
