2011 is missing. It must be a massive Caltrans conspiracy!!!!

Does Steve Rhodes have relatives at Dyett & Bhatia or something? It's unbelievable that we spend so much money with them year after year after year for something that council and staff should be doing (developing a general plan).

Rhodes and Council are funny. They had the nerve to try and downplay the roughly 3.6 million dollars they spent on consultants by implying a lot was reimbursed or state-mandated. Less than 10% by my math. Roughly $35,000 was state-mandated and $280,000 was re-imbursed. Maybe senior staff and council should have to pass a basic math test before getting their jobs. Or is math their only problem?

Will they hire bankruptcy consultants also?

Doubtful. The number of employees getting over $150,000 a year has risen again to 22, from 16. This does not include retirees.
