CRITICAL:  join us Saturday, September 15 from 12 Noon until 3 p.m. at the Community Center for the Public Workshop on Draft Local Coastal Program ( LCP) Policies. This is a public meeting with public comment--please be there early!

Nobody here is against preserving beaches. But there is another side to the story, a flip side to the coin. How well do you know the proposed 'Local Coastal Program' for Pacifica? Have you noticed that it describes managed retreat without using the actual words 'retreat'? How many studies have you seen about the effects of managed retreat? City Council Candidates Forum: Democrats meeting, Saturday, September 15, 2018

This month’s meeting of the Pacifica-Daly City Democrats Club is on Saturday, September 15th. The Club is hosting a Candidates Forum for the seven candidates running for Pacifica City Council in the November 2018 midterm elections. Come prepared to ask the candidates about hot button issues facing Pacifica.

Election Fall 2018: vote 3 City Council
candidates (4 year terms).

The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the rear banquet room at the Sharp Park Golf Course Restaurant.  A full breakfast is available at $12, a continental breakfast at $6 or just coffee for $3, although no purchase is necessary. This meeting is open to the general public. You need not be a member of the Club to attend, although we welcome your membership.
