"The applicant provided an initial set of visual renderings to staff on September 2, 2021. After reviewing the submitted renderings, staff provided feedback to the applicant that required further modifications to the renderings. The applicant requires additional time to address staff’s comments before submitting revised renderings. Staff will also require an opportunity to review the revised renderings once they are submitted.
As a result, staff recommends continuing the public hearing until the Planning Commission meeting of October 4, 2021."
