City Council Special meeting, Wednesday June 9, 2021

this is a done deal-- last minute staff generated "alternative" that only now (last minute) has an analysis, will be picked.

council has abrogated their responsibility to rank and select a favored seawall to staff. That's what this council does, punt to staff. Anyone think they elected staff to run the city in last election?
