City Council meeting, Monday September 23, 2019


Attend in person, 2212 Beach Boulevard, 2nd floor.  Or, view on local Pacific Coast television, PCT/Pacifica Channel 26PCT links to meeting videos: calendar, and recent coastside civic meeting videos. 8.     Parks, Beaches and Recreation Department (PB&R) Senior Services Division proposal for a senior transportation Program, FY 2019-2020: Connect a Ride (CaR) contract with Serra Yellow Cab for an eight-month pilot program, funded through Sirkka Niukkanen Trust Fund, not-to-exceed $600,000, (remainder to fund CaR) or alternative senior transportation program for a projected five years, report.
9.    Recology of the Coast annual rate adjustment, 1/1/20 through 12/31/20, report/Resolution.  a) Notice of Public Hearing, at City Council 11/25/19.  b) Procedures for conducting protest hearings and submitting protests.

Item 6-Fairmont activist Betty Duran called out 7-Eleven on not being good neighbor:not maintaining ,and alcohol sales time period mistakes.Council gave 7-Eleven pass and appeared disinterested after look night.
