Based upon their orchestrated performance last night at City Council, NIMBIES have forgotten or omitted what skunks their covert and overt actions have really been in this City-- and the outside City organizations and funding that have assisted them in campaigning and achieving their "nothing for Pacifica" goals.
60% open/empty space, ongoing inadequate housing, business, roads, civic City infrastructure; then, the ongoing unsustainable debt to NOT achieve a functional, balanced City-- that's their legacy.

Thus, no surprise, during their "goody two shoes", let's all be civil performance last night-- not one NIMBY person, or one NIMBY organization, apologized or offered to compensate candidate Sue Beckmeyer for vandalizing (tearing apart) her significant campaign sign, (see the NIMBY Civility article above).
This noteworthy sign tear-up is merely a current example in a long City history of unjustified NIMBY tactics.
