I went to Vy's Coffee Shop to get a couple of Vietnamese sandwiches, and was saddened to see they were no longer in business. I'll miss Vy's cute, little daughters who used to hang out at the shop and sometimes take orders.
It looks like Vy's was sold to a new owner, who changed the name to Bunny and did a small remodel of the space. Fortunately, Bunny also does Vietnamese sandwiches. Bunny sandwiches are about $1 more than Vy's, but they do seem heftier. I bought 2 BBQ Pork sandwiches to go (don't tell my rabbi) and thought they were pretty good and very filling. Lots of carrot on the sandwiches, which I like and is appropriate for a place called Bunny.
I'll certainly go back and try out the other items.
Bunny is at 1715 Palmetto in beautiful, downtown Pacifica.

First rule of business
No one sells a business cause they are making too much money
401 You woke up to share that? Hope your day got better.
You sound like a business genius, 4:01.

"You don't sell a house that's worth more than when you bought it!"
That's how stupid you sound. Tell us more about your brilliant businesses plan of flipping investments only when they're losing money and/or underwater.
Buy low, sell high.

How many houses have you sold?

Why would anyone sell a cash cow business? Businesses like this are dumped from one sucker to the other.
Then again fresh sandwich intelligence seems so much more brilliant than this kindergarten investment "food fight".
It's lunch time, and one of those no guilt Veggie sandwiches from Bunnies sounds delicious. Thanks for the tip, Steve!

I just called your Rabbi and told him you spent $13.00 for 2 tiny sandwiches.
$13.00 buys a lot of food from the dollar menu!

Lose your job again, Tex? You seem to be spending a lot of time on the blog these days.
That's what happens when you don't pick your major in college correctly.
