Some items of interest, you may find others.
City Council Agenda, general pages 1-3,
detailed summary comments follow.
Consent Calendar, Item 5. RV Park Vertical Beach Access
Project. Originally CA Coastal Conservancy (Conservancy) granted
the City $350,000 for the repair of the horizontal and vertical
beach access trail at the San Francisco Recreational Vehicle Park
(formerly called Pacifica Recreational Vehicle Park). $94,680
additional monies were needed to complete the project, paid by the
City, and are included in the prior City budget. The Conservancy is
reimbursing these monies; therefore, net cost to the City is $515
only, paid from the General Capital Improvement Fund. See
computer screen pages 8-10. Happy Trails! "Happy
Trails to You", a stress reduction song.
Public Hearing, Item 9. The sewer rate increase is 3.4043%,
(them minimum will increase from $493.54 per year to $510.34). See
computer screen pages 17- 25 (text discussion pages 1-3 within
those pages). Problems with the collection system are
discussed, but I don't see the sewer spill fines and lawsuit.
Consideration, Item 10. Outsourcing tree maintenance,
street light maintenance, and street sweeping programs from the
Department of Public Works. The City is asking to prepare a request
for proposal (RFP) for competitive bids. This is expected to save
$262,539 (General Fund), maybe. Computer screen page 26.

Only in Pacifca does the street sweeper come by on Monday and Garbage day is Tuesday.
I wonder who is the brainiac who changed this.
The street sweeper always came by a couple hours after the Tuesday garbage pick ups
Missed the meeting tonight. Did we have all 5 councilmembers present?
All five present and accounted for. Tod Schlesinger lighting Vreeland's comb-over and beard on fire and making deJarnatt's head bobble.
Damn, I'd pay to see that.
Oh yeah, I'm already paying. Pop some corn and catch the rerun.
