I've hardly had any internet access for three days with these clowns. And it happens a lot.

    Yep.

    If you go to their website and look at the latest news, it's from 2008. So I don't think anyone there is taking the business too seriously.

    I have used Pacifica Net for quite some time now and I have found their service to be excellent. They have met or exceeded published service levels and I find their customer/technical support to be much better than that of the competition.
