Perhaps the root of our fiscal problem is summed up in a simple example. Read Digre's mindless, ambling, incomprehensible rant in the Tribune today and you will have an idea of the brain power running this city from the top. Her handlers need to control her. Anonymous, give it a rest, you really don't know what you're talking about. Teacher training is leadership training. And, how do you account for Vreeland and DeJarnatt? Similar to you, their leadership problems "for the good of all the people" is ideological.
