Mikimini can take his Chicago (he's from there) style politics and shove it up his **bleep**. We need to get that guy out of SF and he needs to back off of our Good Mayor Newsom.
Don't be naive, Kathy Meeh. This thing is far from over. The Board of Supervisors is the final word on this and they are truly a bunch of loose cannons. Mirkarimi and Plater aren't in this thing to lose. Both are obsessive compulsive enviro-mental-cases and will keep fighting until they either win and/or completely destroy some political careers in the process. I suggest you take a serious look at CBD's track record in such situations. Besides, this is no different than the Pacifica Planning Commission or PB&R Commisssion coming up with a recommendation. How many times have we seen the City Council override these?
Please, everyone. Keep fighing and keep letting your "public servants" know that you oppose destruction of recreational facilities in the name of bad science.
Hmmm....true. They receive huge amount of taxpayers money to fight their causes. Hire radical lawyers that talk a good game. People will believe a lawyer.
Congratulations to all who have worked so hard for this effort, its almost a done deal.
