people involved in lawsuits against the city of
Pacifica.
The
first interview is with Chril Sproul, a lawyer working for
OCEFoundation.org, an environmental
group that is suing Pacifica for sewage spills in violation of the
Clean Water Act.
The
second interview is with Lionel Emde, who is suing Pacifica for it's
garbage contract with Recology, which he believes is in violation of
prop. 218.
The show will be informative for anyone who wishes to
