    Interesting Pacifica needs $27,000 fee from each cannabis dispensary for city associated costs.

    I would throw my entire heft behind CBD, Sierra Club etc to protect Death Valley .. but they've hit my livelihood in Pacifica .. and I am busy scrounging to put together a life
