How Petaluma is cracking down on Air BNB and collecting revenue
They got an enforcer/contractor, "Host Compliance" who has made a booming business out of helping cities make money off AirBNB and VRBOs....Could "Host Compliance" help Pacifica?
Pacifica will do the wrong thing anytime, they are waiting until all the beach blvd and pedro point "airbnbs" are vacant and facing foreclosure at which point the aholes will impose a tax.
Pacifica can look over to Daly City, San Bruno, and South San Francisco to learn how to learn from other cities.
Peter Loeb, says, He knows he does what he knows what is best for Pacifica. Nancy Hall says, We don't want a new city put in the quarry, we don't want to look like Daly City.
These neighboring cities can pay their bills, Pacifica can't!
