Pacifica Tribune/Jean Bartlett, 3/28/14. "Free income tax preparation at Pacifica Resource Center."

"The Pacifica Resource Center -- which provides a long list of services for Pacificans in need, including help with housing and emergency shelter, food programs, utility assistance, infant supplies, health insurance applications, and more -- also offers free income tax preparation services to households earning less than $52,000. During tax season, this service is provided on Wednesdays, 3 to 7 p.m., and the second Saturday of the month, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., no appointment necessary. With the April 15 tax deadline less than a month away, PRC encourages anyone who needs this assistance to come by. (On Wednesday, April 16, PRC will still be available to do tax preparation work without an appointment). The rest of the year, tax prep work through PRC is available Wednesdays and the second Saturday of the month by appointment only.
