Where is the part where Biological Diversity and Wild Equity are required to pay the City of San Francisco and San Francisco Public Golf Alliance attorney fees? And where is the penalty for abusing the Endangered Species Act?
Please sue. The golf course is already violating the Judge's order, lets see if Harris et al will be a party to that, or if they run and let the city of SF and Pacifica hold the bag. I'm guessing he's a runner.
