  1. Thank you CofC. Too bad the Tribune failed at giving a recommendation for the 2 year seat.

  3. Well 1142 it's that important, and worth reposting, particularly in light of the shameless bail-out by our local newspaper and it's new propaganda arm.

  4. Yep, keep posting and reposting it.

While you're at it keep posting that Rich Campbell's supporters want to shut down Sharp Park Golf Course.

And that he threw a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at the school board.

  5. I'm a supporter of Rich Campbell and I do not want to shut down the golf course. Neither does he.

  6. Thanks to snarky alliances and the usual stupid Pacifica politics, Campbell is probably going to win. Then we'll all find out the truth about him.

  9. "WAKE UP SINAI. ITS 11AM ON ELECTION DAY FOR CHRIST SAKE."

    Your point is????

  10. Maybe the Wake Up!! guy was hoping for a last minute shot at Campbell from McCain or Guiliani. Wouldn't make a bit of difference. Nothing disturbs the deep slumber of Pacificans.

  11. Woohoo President Obama 4 more years! CNN 8:20PM.

  12. So far O'Neill is 7% ahead of Campbell but these are only the mail in ballots

  13. Oh please make it happen...very early and incomplete Pacifica results...Election Tracker for SMC has vote by mail results @815PM:

    O'Neill 1929
    Spano 1603
    Campbell 1487

Still to come are the election day votes and early voters, but what a nice start!
Oh yeah, in the 4 year it's Ervin first and Nihart second but who cares about that race?

  14. If this trend continues it shows a strong backing of pro growth candidates. The rest of the city council should take note of where Pacificans want to go. They are rejecting Rich Campbell's "smart growth" agenda which is really just code for very limited growth and more environmental radicalism.

If O'Neil does win along with Mary Ann and Ervin Pacifica is at a turning point. The future's so bright...

  15. It shows a clear preference for candidates with fiscal experience and everything that includes. Both O'Neill and Ervin have handled complex fiscal problems for the school district and done it well. They also picked up lots of name recognition in the process. Pacifica's troubles are no where near over, but at least we have the right people in charge for once. Please, please, please.

  16. We have the right people in charge?

    Give me a break.

  17. So take a break why don't you? The right people are still winning as of the 10:30 with the only change being O'Neill has opened up a bigger lead. Yes!
