1. General plan amendment, use and site development permit, 900 Rosita Road. Proposed construction of a 3 story single-family dwelling with a second unit, height 34 feet. The primary unit is approximately 2,200 square feet. The primary unit also includes a second unit of approximately 500 square feet. There is a 12 foot high attached garage next to the second unit of 500 square feet. A detached garage is 400 square feet. And there is a 1 car outside parking space.
