And lest we forget the signature procedure introduced by Mayor Loeb back in 80's when first elected to Pacifica City Council. It has been utilized subsequently by all elected Pacifica City Council members whose campaign platform includes the code word "sustainable" or "eco_". In fact, the procedure has become so popular in our little fiefdom of Pacifica that its use has proliferated to all levels of government nationwide. Today it has become a de facto requirement for holding political office. Of course, I am referring to the procedure known as a “Loebotomy”.
