Bad Roads, Bad Cell Phones, Bad Ocean!!

Pacifica hits the trifecta today in the SF Chronicle . . .

BAD ROADS  (Pacifica had the worst decline in roads in 7 Bay Area Counties from 2003-2007 according to an MTC report)

BAD CELL PHONES (AT&T's outage continues for the 5th day)

BAD OCEAN!! (tenants at 330 Esplanade were told to grab what they could and leave immediately)

    Lots of other bads, top of the list: Bad city council management of the city--- and whoever is managing them.

    there's also bad debt, bad unfunded pension obligations, bad discharges from the bad sewer plant, bad commercial base, bad mosquito problems, bad tick problems . . . and John Curtis . . .

    When my wife and I moved to the Bay Area in the mid eighties, we looked at buying a house in Pacifica. We didn't think we could afford a place in City, but eventually found a view condo we could fix up. Loved Pacifica, thought it would be a beautiful place to live. Now I feel like we dodged a bullet.
