Pacifica has been given $10 million in Measure A funds and saw the worst decline in street quality in the last 4 years out of any city in SEVEN COUNTIES in the Bay Area. THE WORST. Now they are getting another $667,000 in stimulus money for road improvement? NOOOOOOOOOO!!
